Me and two of my friends were playing Advance Wars Dual Strike and it kinda inspired me to start on my war game I've been wanting to make for the past few years. For my class we have to make a portfolio by the end of the year and as I don't really want/need a full media portfolio that will look like crap I'm basing mine 99.99% off of pixel art. Working on some ideas for it but that's getting off topic.

I want this game to be finished (at least a mockup/demo made by May) to add to my portfolio. I'm making it turn-based as most war games are. I still don't have a name for it and probably won't until it's closer to being finished.

There will be 4 teams (team names will be customizable hopefully or maybe they'll have preset names).
Each team will have 2 characters (1 male and 1 female)
Each team will have ___ weapons (number undermined) but weapons breakdown right now will be something like this
• 2-3 Different Guns (troops or similar)
• 1-3 Different Sub types
• ___ Different Arial weapons (planes, bombers, ect.)
• 1 Special Weapon (1 per team)

That's all I got so far.

Now back to the portfolio, my teacher hates it if people use flash in their portfolios for some reason so I'm trying to make mine 100% flash (feel I could possibly do it). But the layout needs to be made first, make some special portfolio only pieces as most companies like larger art rather than the stuff I post here.
